Cancellation policy for Bed & Breakfast

Here at Hollyville Elizabeth & John do their utmost to facilitate their guests requirements.

Should you need to cancel your booking you are respectfully informed of their cancellation policy.

There is a 24 hour cancellation criteria which operates 24 hours before the booking, i.e. by 09.00hrs the day before the booking takes place, other than on a Bank Holiday when the cancellation period is 48hrs.

Once a booking has been placed you are obliged, by law, to honour your booking.  Unless full notification is given 100% of the booking will be liable,in some cases 50% of the booking will be liable.  We do our very best to re let the room/s and should this be possible we will waive the cancellation charge for the booking.

Cancellation policy for our Holiday Cottage

Here at Hollyville we make every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible for you.  Obviously there are times when holidays have to unfortunately be cancelled for reasons beyond our control.  We will do our best to re let the Holiday Cottage but sometimes this may not always be possible,we are therefore legally entitled to retain monies as compensation against cancellation.  Our cancellation policy is as follows:-Cancellation of your holiday ONE MONTH OR MORE in advance has a 25% cancellation charge which is deducted from your deposit.

We will issue a cheque for the balance.

Anytime ONE MONTH & UPTO 14 DAYS before your holiday 50% charge.

After the full payment of your holiday has been received a 90% cancellation charge stands.
